I realized today that I can now brush all my teeth! I probably have been able to for a few days but because my face is partly numb and I'm petrified of these mysterious stitches inside my mouth, I have been avoiding it. Well I can now fit my kiddie toothbrush in between my teeth and can open my mouth enough to brush the tops of all of them. I never knew you could take brushing your teeth for granted. Now I understand what those Orbitz gum commercials are all about.
Swelling seems to be about the same and no new pain. So pretty much a continuation of how I felt yesterday.
Today's selection of drinkable goodness:
~ strawberry banana smoothie
~ kale/cucumber/pineapple juice
~ chocolate milk
~ blended Mexican chicken and rice soup, tastes just like Mexican food but you know...liquified
I was also gifted a stack of coupons for free smoothies at Smoothie King and a bottle of my favorite wine (booze is a liquid ;-))
